Meet the Team
Lisa
Registered dental hygienist, expanded functions dental assistant (EFDA), and sleep assistant
Lisa has loved dentistry and immersed herself and everything dental since she began her career as Dr. Snyders dental assistant in 2001. Since then, she followed her heart and pursued a dental hygiene degree, expanded functions degree, and has extensive training in sleep apnea. Lisa is often referred to as Dr. Snyders “dental practitioner”. She truly enjoys helping patients reach their best overall health whether it’s gum health, dental health, or proper airway function. Lisa’s love for people, education, art, and health is evident in her work.
When being treated by Lisa, you are likely to enjoy a good laugh, as well as have someone who is willing to listen, teach, and hold your hand.
When Lisa isn’t immersed in all things dental, she enjoys spending time with family and friends exploring nature, enjoying a water activity, and snuggling on the couch watching a good movie.
Jocelyn
Front Desk
Jocelyn has been in the dental world for many years. She is a cheerful charming face at the front desk where she will answer the phones, schedule treatment, review finances, and takes strolls with our lovely therapy dog Lela. Jocelyn truly enjoys seeing patients regain confidence in themselves and “get their smile back.” When not working Jocelyn enjoys spending time with her daughter and her dog Bo. She also likes cooking, making candles, and watching a good movie.
Xenia
Dental Assistant
Xenia met Dr. Snyder and her team in 2009 while she was still in dental school. Her husband became a patient of the office due to a severe TMJ issue. Xenia completed dental school and worked in Germany and Ireland for many years. She moved with her husband and son to Doylestown and joined our practice in 2021, where she quickly became Dr. Snyder’s, right-hand woman. Due to her extensive clinical experience, she anticipates everything the doctor, EFDAs, and patients could need with ease. Xenia enjoys working in an interdisciplinary setting where no corners are cut and within a team that always goes the extra mile for its patients. In her time off, she enjoys spending time with her family. She loves the outdoors, as well as cooking and watching a good movie.
Heather
Expanded Function Dental Assistant
Heather has been an integral part of the team since 2008. She has over 26 years of exceptional experience as an expanded functions dental assistant, which includes placing beautiful fillings, sculpting temporary dental crowns, and helping patients build their dream smiles from bonding to dentures. Heather’s main passion is orthodontics, where she loves transforming smiles and eliminating TMJ pain.
Heather is a graduate of Manor College and she has taken hundreds of hours of dental continuing education. She enjoys staying on the cutting edge of technology and loves providing her patients with the best treatment that dentistry has to offer. Her first-class skills in the art of dentistry and her heart of gold will make you glad you’re in her care.
Cindy
Patient Treatment Coordinator
Cindy brings over 35 years of experience in both business and clinical aspects of general dentistry. As office manager, Cindy oversees all aspects of the business operations, including but not limited to scheduling, patient care, management of staff, financial (i.e payroll, billing, insurance), and implementation of office policies and procedures. She believes in the motto “care is a commitment.” Cindy is associated with the finest doctor and staff any dental practice can find where going above and beyond is the norm.
In her off time, she spends time with her husband Bob and her puppy Bismarck, and enjoys working out, reading, and a good movie.
Elizabeth
Registered Dental Hygienist
Elizabeth graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in dental hygiene from Thomas Jefferson University and has extensive clinical experience. Committed to staying on the leading edge of dental hygiene, she has taken a wealth of continuing education courses and is an avid reader of dental journals. Her dental interests include the relationship of oral health to whole-body health and the practice of evidence-based non-surgical periodontal therapy. A fantastic hygienist who has the ability to teach and motivate patients to care for their oral health, she treasures the close relationships that she has developed over the years with her patients.
Kristin
Neuromuscular Technician
Kristin joined our practice in 1996 as a Dental Assistant, she went on to get her Expanded Functions degree and for a period of time was our Office Manager as well. In 2001, she found her true calling in Neuromuscular Dentistry. She attended hundreds of hours of instruction with Dr Snyder at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and was the first dental auxiliary to pass the Las Vegas Institute Fellowship Exam.
Kristin runs the Neuromuscular Dentistry program at our office and is passionate about helping patients that suffer from TMJ pain. She is a wonderful listener, a problem solver, enjoys researching medical mysteries and learning more about rare medical conditions.
Kristin and her husband have three children and a dog and reside in Bucks County.
Lela
Lela is a fantastic lap cuddler and heart warmer. She came to us in January 2018 after being abandoned by her family (probably for being too cute!) She is a Yorkie Chihuahua mix weighing in at 7.5 lbs. She has a way of letting you forget your troubles when she flips over for a belly rub, cocks her head to listen to you intently or curl up on your lap for some love.
